Cajunel began with a simple, powerful vision: to transform local harvests into global impact. In the heart of Côte d’Ivoire, women farmers cultivate more than cashews — they grow independence, dignity, and hope.
We partner directly with women-led cooperatives to create ethical, plant-based food products using traditional knowledge and locally sourced ingredients. We rescue underused treasures like the vibrant cashew apple and transform them into healthy, fibre-rich snacks the world can enjoy.
We produce a range of authentic, tasty, and healthy snacks made with cashew nuts, cashew butter, and our signature cashew apple bites — each one packed with flavour and purpose. We believe food should be clean, nourishing, and honest — and that every bite should do good.
From our small unit in Gosport, UK, we handcraft our products using the ingredients and inspiration of each cooperative. Every jar and every bite support education, economic independence, and sustainable farming for the women who make it possible.
